Tom, along with Rob Harnick, is continuing a family legacy that was started when his grandfather Samuel first started practicing law in 1921 and was continued when his father Jason Harnick joined his father Samuel to form Harnick and Harnick Esqs. in 1951. Tom was born in 1970 and admitted to the bar in 1999 in New York.
